Matrimony

The sacrament of marriage is one of the commitment sacraments of the Catholic Church. The sacrament of marriage is not a contract; it is a covenant which binds husband and wife in a faithful and forever union.  Marriage is a covenant between a husband and wife to create a community of life and love between the couple and to provide a loving home. People interested in marriage should contact the parish office at 518-765-28​05 at least 6 months before the wedding date.  A pre-cana (before the wedding) program which involves married couples sharing their wisdom and insights into married love with the new couple is part of this preparation process.
