Individuals in the Prayer Chain Ministry in St. Matthew's Parish offer prayers of intercession as requested for special needs of parishioners.  Use the form to the right to contact the parish office to initiate the Prayer Chain for your special need.  Please be sure to include the name of the person or the special need for which you are requesting prayers on the form or you may call the parish office at (518) 765-2805.
